The baby process is quite something. I’ll stay away from commenting on the initial part of the process, I’ve been in enough trouble in the last few weeks.

I must say that the modern way of having babies is not at all like it used to be. The gender is known before the baby is born and the months of anticipation and guessing are effectively gone. The only thing that a mother can wonder
about nowadays is if her baby is going to be cute. Newsflash, no matter how ugly the baby is, Moms always think they are cute. LOL.

So there’s nothing much left to obsess over in the new millennium. It’s just waiting until the dang kid is baked to perfection.

In baby Harpers case that was quite a wait. Three days of struggling in the hospital until she finally showed her perfect little face to the world.

A big “Thanks so much” to Mom and Dad for allowing me to intrude in their cozy little place covered in baby stuff, baby smell and baby talk. It was awesome, I always wanted to give this newborn photography a shot and finally got to scratch that off my bucket list.
